How we handle enquiries.
Updated September 2026.
This page is about the messages sent to us from the Talk to us form on our landing page. It says what we keep, why, where, for how long, and what you can ask us to do.
What we collect
Your name, your clinic, the phone number and email address you give us, and your message. We also record when it arrived and which of our web addresses it was sent from.
What we use it for
To reply to you, and to arrange a demonstration or a conversation about Hope Fertility if you ask for one. Nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not contact you about anything other than your enquiry.
Where it is kept, and who can see it
Your enquiry is stored in our database, which is hosted for us by Supabase on Amazon Web Services in Ireland. The application that stores and shows it runs on Vercel, with its servers in Dublin. The people who can read it are the members of the Hope Fertility team who answer enquiries. When we reply, we do so by ordinary email or on WhatsApp, and those services have their own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry until we have closed it and for twelve months after that, so we can pick the conversation up if you come back. Whatever happens, an enquiry is deleted twenty-four months after it arrived. The deletion is automatic.
What you can ask us to do
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Write to support@hopefertility.com and say what you would like us to do; we reply from the same address. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to Nigeria’s data protection regulator.
Patient records are different
This page covers enquiries only. The patient records a clinic keeps in Hope Fertility belong to that clinic, and the clinic’s own privacy notice covers them. Please do not put patient information in an enquiry.
